How does the AI voice takeover work?
You're on a live call. You tap "Hand to AI" and the AI takes over the conversation in your voice profile — qualifying the lead, answering objections, booking the appointment, or passing back to you when the merchant is ready to close. Works in English and Spanish. Real-time captions on every call. Full transcripts saved to the lead record.
Do I need to bring my own phone number or Twilio account?
No. BlackRain provisions a dedicated business phone number for you during onboarding. You pick your area code, we buy the number, you start dialing. Carrier registration (A2P 10DLC) is handled on your behalf.
What if I already use a CRM like HubSpot, Salesforce, or GoHighLevel?
Most of our users were using one of those. BlackRain replaces them entirely for MCA work because the workflow is different — generic CRMs don't know what a UCC is, don't analyze bank statements, and don't understand MCA pipeline stages. We recommend switching fully rather than running two systems. Lead import from CSV takes under five minutes.
How fast can I get up and running?

Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Authentication runs through Supabase with row-level security — your leads and communications are only accessible to you. Do you offer refunds?
